About Us

About TIKBOOKS

Where Fun Meets Wisdom, For Every Young Mind.

Our Story

TIKBOOKS was born from a simple, powerful idea: learning life’s most valuable lessons doesn’t have to be boring.

In a world where kids are surrounded by endless screen time and shallow entertainment, we set out to create something different — books that turn complex, essential life concepts into vibrant, engaging, and easy-to-understand comic stories. We believe that when kids love what they read, they don’t just finish a book — they remember the lessons, and carry them through every step of their growth.

From our very first title, we’ve focused on one core mission: to give kids the tools to think critically, navigate challenges, and build confidence, all through the magic of comics.

Our Author

Doris Walton

At the heart of every TIKBOOKS title is Doris Walton, our lead author and a passionate advocate for children’s education with over 15 years of experience in child development and educational content creation.

Doris has spent her career dedicated to one goal: breaking down big, intimidating ideas into stories that kids can connect with. She knows that the most powerful learning happens when kids are having fun — and that’s exactly what she brings to every page of our books.

With a deep understanding of how young minds learn and grow, Doris crafts every comic panel, every line of dialogue, and every lesson to be equal parts entertaining and enlightening. For her, there’s no greater joy than seeing a child light up when they realize they’ve just learned a life skill that will stay with them forever.

What We Stand For

Kid-First Content

Every book we create is designed with kids at the center. No boring lectures, no complicated jargon — just stories that speak their language.

Learning That Lasts

We don’t just make books to be read once. We create content that teaches timeless life skills, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence that kids will use for years to come.

Parent-Approved Quality

Every title is rigorously crafted to be age-appropriate, educational, and 100% family-friendly. We’re proud to be a brand parents can trust.

Joy In Every Page

We believe reading should be a joy, not a chore. Every TIKBOOKS title is made to spark a lifelong love of reading in every child who picks it up.
